"I've banked here since 2011 . Today my card was unauthorized when I tried to get gas. I'm on vacation with kids I didn't have any cash on me. So I couldn't get gas. Keep in mind we're in Orlando is already 90' I call Wells Fargo to see why my card didn't work. They offer me a new card that take 7 days. But why did they turn off my card without my authorization.? I tell them I need the card that I have to work . I don't understand stand why the shut down my card but I give them permission to fix the one I have.They can't explain why the shut it off or why I can't use it. By far the worst customer service experience."
