"Jim and Freddie were both wonderful, and helpful! I came in, in a financial panic, they were both able to help and soothe me. Freddie unfortunately wasn't able to do what I initially asked for because of company rules and regulations but made multiple helpful suggestions to help me get what I needed and I could see and feel the genuine concern he had for me. Jim has helped me before and even remembered me from at least a year ago! There's also a very kind lady in the corner office looking at the teller stand who usually helps me and she's always lovely as well as helpful! When I left a not so good review a few months ago reporting an issue with the ATM outside they fixed it very swiftly and since I haven't had an issue using that ATM after hours. Thank you to this location for being genuine humans with compassion for others!"
