"I’ve had an account at Surety Bank for nearly 15 years, and the services that I’ve received have always been professional and courteous. Although my primary residence is in Deland, I’ve worked either internationally or out-of-state during most of the past 15 years, but I've regularly visited Deland as my schedule permitted. To facilitate my travels, I've relied heavily on my Surety Bank debit card, and I've occasionally been victimized by debit-card fraud. On most of those occasions, it was Angelica of the Lake Mary branch of Surety Bank who investigated my allegations of debit-card fraud and resolved the situations in my favor. So, I owe Angelica many debts of gratitude. At long last, I met Angelica face-to-face for the first time yesterday at the Deland branch of Surety Bank, when she cheerfully provided yet another service that was important to me. This service required that she print many documents that I needed for my Federal tax returns, when she otherwise could have directed me to glean that information from my online banking records. Angelica’s efforts on my behalf greatly exceeded the professional requirement. So, I’m grateful to her yet again. In addition to outstanding professionalism, Angelica’s conscientiousness and cordiality are exemplary. She certainly reflects well on Surety Bank."
