"All I have to say is OUTSTANDING! The customer service in un-matched from any other bank or credit union I have ever been to. Recently went here to get an Auto Loan, and they where quick, simple to work with, and very helpful through the process. They also worked with the dealership to get everything sorted out. Shoutout to Chris Syfrett my loan officer, he was amazing, and I highly recommend anyone go see him for your auto loan needs!"

"This credit union has gone way down with customer service and support. No one answers the phone and next to impossible to get an email returned. Then the teller at Sanford location has an attitude almost every time I come in. They moved twice in Sanford!! Ugh!! They have had and removed the ATM so many times that I have lost count! What kind of bank has no ATM? Finding another credit union after the holidays!!!"

"Extremely difficult to work with. My father has been in the hospital for months and I am his power of attorney. I drove 40 minutes to the closest branch with all paperwork to be told they will call me back. When they finally did a couple days later I was told they had to speak to him first and they couldn't give me access. I asked what would happen if he was unable to speak to them and was told "well he can so we need to". That's not how this works people! I have yet to be able to access his account to pay his bills. Luckily he has another account with Chase who are not a bunch of morons and know what a power of attorney is. Also, priority's website is a joke. It is never working and they have no customer service number like every other bank I know. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable bank."
