Not only did I experience a lack of ethic, professionalism, but I also faced threats from him, including the possibility of closing all my products without any evidence nor clear explanation. As a customer, I find it unacceptable to receive such treatment. Not only does it affect my trust in Bank of America, but it also goes against the principles of customer service and respect that I expect from an institution of your caliber. Furthermore, I am concerned that I was denied the opportunity to speak with a specialist in Mortgage, which is crucial to addressing my concerns effectively and obtaining the information I need. If you encounter Ismael Rosales, please escape from the branch as quickly as possible. He is an aggressive person, discriminates, and does not take his job seriously. There are no appointments available in the app for this procedure, so I made them personally at the agency and it took them 3 hours to attend and Average it seems to me a lack of coordination and professional ethics to let someone wait so long for a process that does not take more than 3 minutes"
