"This is the first time I used Ysis. Found on google search close to where I needed them delivered. They were up front that they couldn’t deliver same day, as they were too busy. Was ok, as I needed them delivered the next day. Ysis made sure these were delivered on time. Perfect condition too! My sister has in her office and several comments that they are so beautiful they don’t look real!"
"I would've done 5 stars had they sent the right flowers. I picked a dark purple and yellow arrangement. Instead of contacting me to ask if a substitute would be fine they sent a completely different arrangement that didn't match the occasion. I tried to reach out about the issue and was hung up on. The service is quick, on time, and the flowers were still fresh as well as beautiful. It's just that whole substitute thing that ruined it. I've used them a few times. I'll use them again if they fix that one issue."
