"After being disappointed with some flowers I received, I talked with the owner who offered to give me a replacement. The replacement flowers are beautiful and I am very happy with how kind everyone here is. My only complaint is that the replacement bouquet came with different flowers than were requested in the original arrangement (original arrangement had pink and white flowers, while the replacement had all white flowers). I'm not sure if the pink flowers were just not available or if this was a mistake. I was not told the flowers would be different, so I am a little disappointed still. Despite this, I am still happy with the flowers and thankful to the owner for her kindness."
