"I received a gift from a colleague and it arrived with fruit that had to be thrown out because it was secured in the basket with sticks and 3 sleeves of Goya Maria cookies, each costing less than $2. It also had a Happy Birthday balloon but it was not for a birthday. Extremely disappointing and I can only imagine what they charged him."

"Got my flowers on July 13 and 2 days later this is already what they look like- wilting, drooping, falling apart! They were already started to droop a day after delivery! This place has horrible reviews please don’t order from here! Make sure if you order from 1-800 flowers or any of those websites- that they don’t use this florist. The quality is NOT there and they ruined my birthday with these bad quality flowers."
"I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day through the From you flowers website. I was not aware they used other companies to deliver the flowers. I got the flowers two days before the day I wanted them, they were not even close to the ones I ordered from the website. I had ordered a beautiful arrangement with different varieties of red flowers, on a red vase with a pink ribbon but I got small pink flowers (daisy like) in a clear vase. On top of that the flowers did not look fresh, the arrangement was a mess, several of them were dead or broken. If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried calling them but no one answered the phone. I’m completely dissatisfied, the original company only issued a 30% discount. Don’t order from this company."
