"Recently visited this place on a Monday to get my ring repaired. They told me everything would be done perfectly and it would be done Saturday. So I called Saturday and they told me it would now be done Monday. I go to pick it up Monday and it looks worse than when I first gave it to them. I tried to ask for a discounted price because the job wasn’t worth way they were trying to charge me for but the store owner said it was the best they could do . On top of that charged me $9 more dollars for tax. extremely upsetting and I wish there was more they could have done for me."
"I LOVE THIS PLACE! Honestly, the best jeweler in town. I went to this place to have my watch resize and battery changed. They told me they would do it for me right away and only charge 7 for the battery and 5 to re size my watch. As I was waiting, I looked around the store seeing BEAUTIFUL jewelry and they also customize ! I came back to buy a ring I saw that day and they were really knowledgeable about the products and advised me of great items that would fit my style. Definitely would recommend !"
