I realize it is valentines day & you were probably rushed but this was ordered well in advance."

"If you want to get the bouquet you ordered I would advise you to go elsewhere. I ordered a bouquet centered around succulents, there were none. I understand substitutions but not the centerpiece. I Called and was told it’s not their fault it’s the distributor, as a consumer your supply chain issues are yours not mine. All the big box stores as well as any garden center around town has a plethora of succulents to choose from, you could have acquired them outside of what your distributor offers. Or called and advised me of the issue prior to delivering them."

"My birthday happens to fall on Valentine's Day, which isn't the best day to have a birthday. However, I know that good quality flowers are often difficult to obtain at this particular time of year because of the influx of Valentine's Day orders. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers today sent by an out-of-town relative for my birthday. Not only are they very fresh, the selection of flowers and colors are simply wonderful. Thank you to my relative, but thank you also to Karnation Korner for making my birthday very special. By the way, your delivery person was cheerful and upbeat!"

"The card and delivery man absolutely REEKED of cigarettes. I leaned in to smell the arrangement and was assaulted by the horrible smell of cigarettes - the exact OPPOSITE of how you should feel when receiving flowers. Also the arrangement looks like it was slapped together with leftovers. Those highlighter yellow flowers should just not exist."
