"Judy was so helpful today closing and opening several joint accounts for my husband and I. She was extremely patient and thorough with every single account and card that we needed. "Never have I experienced what I have with Suncoast Credit Union in Inverness. I have received endless marketing via email and mail for the last 3 years since opening an account for every product under the sun including those that have nothing to do with banking. There is never an ideal time to go into the branch as the line is always out the door with 2-3 tellers inside and 1 not handling members in line. Even the simpliest of transactions takes an hour while several of the employees are standing around doing nothing. Been given hard time when trying to withdraw $5000, was advised there was a daily limit and that I needed to make an appointment. Last straw was being told a 2 day hold needed to be placed on a $3000 personal check to find out today it was actually a 10 day hold that was placed due to the teller being new to then be told it would not be corrected and the amount of hold days is up to the "teller's discretion." Really? The lack of quality, guidelines, and compliance is astounding. Just updated my employer direct deposit information to a new credit union and can't wait to get my money out of this institution."

"I have been a member of Suncoast Credit Union for well over two decades, and I came into the Inverness branch earlier this week. While I came into the branch considerably concerned and unsettled due to my account having been compromised which resulted money being fraudulently withdrawn. Immediately, upon being greeted by Victoria Knapp and explaining my issue, the feeling of being unsettled began to subside. Ms. Knapp conveyed a high degree of interest, understanding, and compassion relative to my situation. She listened very intently to insure she fully understood my concern and took the time to fully address the issue at hand. Ms. Knapp made certain, that when I left the branch on Monday, I completely understood the process involved to correct my issue. Having a full understanding of the process taking place provided me a tremendous sense of assurance that my issue was being addressed. Beyond the meeting in the branch, Ms. Knapp contacted me regularly throughout the remainder of the week to keep me abreast of the developments in the resolution of my issue. Ms. Knapp maintained regular contact with me until my account was fully refunded the amount of money that was fraudulently withdrawn. The degree of customer service provided to me by Ms. Knapp was certainly second to none. Ms.Knapp's approach to customer service could easily and effectively serve as a model for others to emulate. I would ask that you please share my tremendous sense of gratitude and appreciation for Victoria and all that she did to resolve my issue."
