"Used to like this location until Todd worked there. Came in twice for money services and both times he gave me attitude about owing them money. Refused to cash my check the first time and would not give me a money order until I paid my balance off. Had a snooty attitude and made ugly faces at me when I questioned him. Not professional whatsoever!. . I don't care that this is the only amscot in town I will not be going back!"
"The guy that was speaking with me I believe his name was Kyle made it seem like I was trying to not give accurate information. I work over 40 hours in a week and have been for over 2 years now. And you couldn't let me get a cash advance cause of one simple piece of information. I had everything that was needed but I couldn't screenshot if so could do nothing for me. Poor service."
"This was my first visit to this location and my last .ASHLEY the manager as what was told to me by her was very rude she rolled her eyes back and was very short with me. I ask for somebody else to help me and a male gentleman walk over looked at me and told me I needed to leave the store. As I was packing up all my material they then turn on the alarm on me which then sends notice to the police. I’m 53years old /handicap /and have a 4wheel walker.It took me about an hour to stop shaking. I went to Walmart and finished my business with in ten minutes.and they where very pleasant and helpful…I will never go back to Inverness location again…"
