"On Christmas Eve I brought a watch In to have the battery replaced. After he had it tore apart he told me I would have to come back because it would take too long for me to wait. But he would have it done that day. I left it even though it was a Christmas present for my son. I left him with my phone number but I have still yet to hear back from him and I have called a bunch of times but nobody is ever there to answer the phone. Definitely will not be using them again."
