"Excellent bank until the system decides on a payday that the transactions you made seem like possible fraud and prevents transactions with no way to fix the issue outside of business hours. Had to panhandle at the gas station for gas money with WAY more than enough in my account to buy the gas. Glad this wasn’t a weekend…."
"My overall experience with this bank has been good besides for one big problem. This 4th of July weekend I ended up with a fraudulent charge on my card, completely locking up my account. Now normally this issue wouldnt be to hard to handle but since Penair has not been open since Saturday I believe, I have been stuck without being able to access a penny of my own money. Im sure anyone could understand how almost three days now without money for you and your family would really bother you. So while all the Penair employees had some long 4th of July weekend off, me and my two sons ages 6 and 2 sat at home not able to even put gas in the car to go visit family. Something needs to be fixed about this issue, this is not the first time this has happened and everytime it does happen its at the worst time possible."
"PenAir makes me feel like a club member instead of a customer. I prefer unions than banks but that's personal to each . I defently recommend PenAir , there's too many reasons to even write them down."
