She and the entire team worked for an extended period of time working with customer service reps and online to verify information / correct data in the Zales system that was incorrect by other stores for many years. "Suzie (or Suzy I'm sorry we forgot! :P) has helped me and my fiancè get our rings for our wedding and she has been amazing through the whole almost year long process! She has been so nice and helpful the entire time. She answered every question, made the process very easy, and gave her expert opinions!
