"The earrings and hair clips are always on point. Very cute styles for a relatively affordable price, especially with the sales. The clothes, for me, can be hit or miss, but there's actually some good options for fall already in their little boutique. Shopping for me is a means of unwinding, exploring, and in some cases, fitting some 'me time' in. So it is a little off putting when the associate behind the counter does nothing to acknowledge you and when you ask simple questions, there's barely a response in turn. I get it. Retail work can be soul sucking, but if you are the only one in the place, then you are essentially a representation of the business itself, when a shopper comes in."

"I only gave the store two stars due to it being decently well organized but the positives stop there unfortunately. First of all, the employees are often quite rude and snippy. I will ask a singular question and am treated like I am a huge burden to them. They often speak in cold tones and talk down to people. Even while checking out, I very kindly asked if the clearance was five dollars each as I noticed it was ringing up differently. I wanted to ensure I wasn’t misreading anything and making a mistake - trying to be helpful so she doesn’t have to redo the transaction later if something wasn’t on sale and I thought it was. That was all. And I got a nasty, “I’m not there yet,” as a response. She could have just simply said, “Oh yeah just give me one second, I have to change it in the system.” But nope. She said the first response in a very snippy unhelpful way. I also used my student discount which she also seemed quite annoyed by. Sorry I want to save money, gosh! My sister and I walked out of there and were both at the same time mentioning how rude she was. On another note, the fitting rooms are so dirty. There is practically a mound of dust in the corner behind the chairs and it never fails that my phone or purse or shirt or something slips off the chair since the back has an opening and straight into that nasty pile of dust. Please clean them!"

"Well firstly this store is extremely adorable! I love everything in it and the the set up. The clothes are darling. HOWEVER on 4/27/22 around 11:00 a.m. the young girl working up front needs to learn customer service. She was on the phone the entire time!! About 8 people in the store and she didn’t once walk away from register to as if anyone needed anything or say hello. She put her phone down(didn’t hang up) while doing transactions meaning my number could’ve been heard to the person she was on the phone with. Unprofessional."
