"First time shopping here, it was local to me, walked in and picked out a wedding band in the very front of the store, then later made the purchase over the phone. Wife decided she wanted only her diamond ring. When i went to return it the next day, i found out then that they do not do returns. The sales lady never mentioned that important fact not once while i was shopping in store or when it was bought over the phone. she then told me that there are 3 signs in the store, which i find out are all located near the back of the store and they say “NO CASH RETURNS”. Which to me is very misleading, because the ring was bought on a card over the phone. I never once walked towards the back of the store so I couldn’t see them in the front, nor was i told by the sales lady that there are ZERO returns. I was given a gift card for the amount, very displeased with this jewelry store."
"This is the only place to buy jewelry in Foley and surrounding areas. A staple in the community for about 20 years. The owner has gone to great lengths to take care of me and my family. They really go above and beyond. I’m not a review person but their service has compelled me to write something so others can at least come in and give them a chance to earn your business. Mary is fantastic at helping me pick out nice jewels for my wife. Always easy going. No pressure. Kim always greets me with a smile and a warm hello."
"I have never been treated so bad by a business before. I had to greet the 2 ladies sitting behind the counter because they looked at me like i just walked into their house uninvited. I sat down and handed her the ring and she looked at it like it was going to infect her. It was a $1600 diamond ring, beautiful ring, and I wasn’t even mad that they only offered me $100 for it. I was mad that I said “okay well thank you anyways” and nothing was said to me. You shouldn’t work in the public if you don’t know how to be kind. Literally the worst experience I’ve had with a business."
"They help my wife resize wedding rings. I found them to be very helpful. The lady jeweler took her time and showed my wife all that needed to be done. I will be going back for all my jewelry needs. Just because you are purchasing jewelry doesn't mean you should spend more than you need to."
