"This is a very misleading company with little patience for the customer once they have your account in their system. I would not recommend I was over charged for a late fee after being told by an employee I could turn in my payment after closing hours as long as it was the final due date. I did so and BAM here’s a late fee that was counted against me even after an employee at the business told me this was perfectly fine. To top off the experience I spoke with someone about not having the extra to pay for false accusation of being late because your system changed without a notice. That should not be held against the customer and I normally don’t take time leave reviews but search else where if you seek fairness & understanding from a loan company."
