"The team from Good Greek Duval, Genal, Damian, and Tyrone were absolutely amazing. They communicated early in the morning to let us know about the arrival time and as soon as they arrived they hit the ground running. They were all professional and extremely efficient. They took 3 hours flat to pack, prep, and load our home. We had used other movers in the past but this by far was the smoothest part of our move to date. If you happen to be as lucky as we were to have this team do your move you are in good hands! Thanks guys!"

"I usually don't write 1-star reviews (I prefer to give 5 stars), but here, I can say they deserve it. I reserved their service with a sales rep named Hector. Initially, everything seemed normal, and he treated me nicely. However, after the first call with him, I received around 4 calls from the office repeating the same information. As they repeated themselves, I reiterated the same details they needed to know, particularly emphasizing the need for carpet and TV covers. My home inventory was small, and my building gave me a window from 12-4 to move out, with a curfew in my new home at 6. The moving guys arrived around 12:30 with a huge truck that could barely fit the entrance (they didn't do their due diligence to either ask or come check). When they arrived, they were given 4 small plastic rugs from the office to cover the carpet. The only problem was that the carpet is super long, and they only covered about 3 meters out of roughly 30 to 40 meters (they blamed me basically for this). Meanwhile, I found a solution, but it was already 2 PM. The guys started to pack, and they finished around 4:15. We hit the Miami traffic, arriving at my new home around 5:55. When I called the guy from the office to request keeping the furniture for the next day, he wanted to charge me $500 for the night (which I found unfair). I ended up unloading the truck myself, essentially paying somebody to do the work for me. On the same day, I called the sales rep, and he started with excuses, saying he'd contacted the office and they would get back to me, but they never did (which I expected). Long story short, I would never recommend this service, especially to my clients. P.S. The good things were Claudia and Jose, the movers, because they helped me during the process. On the other hand, the manager didn't seem to worry about what was happening but was more concerned with leaving me a 'gift' at my door that was basically useless"

"ignore the fake 5 star reviews. I am typically not one to write negative reviews, but my recent experience with Good Greek Moving in Miami compels me to warn others. My move from a 1-bedroom apartment in Miami to a storage facility turned out to be a financial nightmare, costing me a staggering $3800, with $900 attributed to storage alone. The initial attractive offer of $159 per hour is highly misleading. Be vigilant and read the fine print! A hefty 50% surcharge was added to this rate, which was not clearly communicated upfront. The move, which initially started off efficiently in the first hour, drastically slowed down despite having dedicated elevator access and no restrictions – a tactic that felt like a deliberate attempt to increase the billable hours. Storage costs are another area where Good Greek Moving lacks transparency. They bill monthly, even if you only use the storage for a week. When I needed to retrieve my belongings, I was informed that it would take two weeks to get them out. Expressing my dissatisfaction and urgency, they offered an alternative: for an additional $500, I could bring in my own moving crew to expedite the process. Frustrated, I contacted “All My Sons” moving company, who quoted me half the price. I arrived at Good Greek’s facility with the new movers, only to be initially ignored. After 15 minutes of no response, we successfully moved my items out. The entire experience with Good Greek Moving was not only overpriced but also fraught with hidden charges and poor customer service. I paid the exorbitant fees reluctantly, feeling taken advantage of. My advice to potential customers is to be thorough – read all the terms, ask questions, and negotiate. Don’t fall for seemingly low upfront rates without understanding the full cost structure. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Good Greek Moving and will never use their services again. update: Call us? really? how about you call me. what a waste."

"Both sets of movers were excellent! The driver was Santos. They were prompt, respectful and very careful with the furniture. This was literally a load off of my mind. Thank you Good Greek for having a great team !"

"Our move was actually in Coral Springs Florida not Fort Lauderdale. However, Good Creek is the most professional, courteous and fun team to work with during what could be a challenging time, ...moving. I hate moving. The movers we used coming from Maryland to South Florida damaged scratched up, broke up, so many pieces of our furniture. They even damaged walls in the new move and gave me a bunch of screws after they put my king-size bed together. They were horrendous. It was an awful experience. But these guys at Good Greek made it fun. They were professional again. They took care of our furniture. They were individual pieces they made sure that everything was well protected the package to neatly in our storage unit. We are extremely pleased with everything that we’ve experienced with Good Greek!! Definitely worth the money. We will be using them again for sure! Oh, yes, they even sent their very own inspectors during the move to see how pleased I was, and after the move to verify that everything went OK. These guys were on it!"
