"I've owned Engel Bait Coolers since 2015. I have. both the 30 and 19 quart Bait Coolers. With them I was able keep a lot of minnows alive for an entire weekend fishing in 100*+ high desert heat. Now I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. My Bait Coolers keep my live shrimp and croaker minnows alive for multiple days in similar heat and a much higher heat index. I've never had anything break but it is nice to know Engel has replacement parts. Nothing is rusting or showing hardly any wear. My last order I bought an Engel Aerator and it was damaged in shipping. This was my first time to contact Engel Customer Service. I must say I am IMPRESSED by their customer service. Ms. Linda Horst is EXCELLENT at her job. She represents Engel very well. Bottom line, Engel has great products and excellent customer service."

"I somehow removed the mounting clip and screw from the aerator on my Engel 19 qt bait cooler. I contacted Engel support to see if I could order a replacement. They contacted me back to say they would send a replacement clip and screw no charge under warranty. Support person was great to work with. Love my Engel!"
