The driver who delivered the PeeRock even agreed to go the extra mile and spread the rock as it was dumped from the large truck. I will certainly use this company again and recommend them highly."

"NOT a positive recommendation due to lack of delivery of commitment Planned 3 project, only 1 successful. - project 1, successful: rock delivered and spread in small backyard, 4in deep... workers did a great job. - project 2, not successful: top soil delivered, and truck driver hit/broke both the house trim (roof only a few months old) and a wood enclosure in yard, also broke that wood. To make matters worse, it was also poor quality sandy soil. - project 3, canceled due to lack of commitment. Workers scheduled to arrive between 6-730am, showed up at 910am. Did not know about weed blocker/plastic that was agreed on, and now wanted to charge an extra $200. Also mentioned that it was not 4in of rock they were laying, so once again wanting to charge extra... when I spoke with the owner she said they 'never' do 4inches, although that's what we agreed and was also done as part of project 1. UNBELIEVABLE. Warning... they do not do official estimates, only text messages so the conversations and agreements are not official anywhere, making it easier for them to try to belittle. I have defended this company before when other neighbors have spoken negatively since I had a positive 1st experience.... the additional 2 made up for it. The guys that actually spread the rock for project 1 did a great job. (that's the only reason I gave 2 stars) I do not usually post negative posts, however I truly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and instead feel disrespected and thought someone else could benefit from this feedback."

"I found Juvier Trucking in Key Largo. The company was quick to answer and sent a wonderful lady out to my property to inspect our needs and take the necessary measurements. She provided a fair price and we approved the work. 2 days later the guys came to my house and did a great job removing the rocks and applying the new ones. They were careful, professional and courteous. I will use Juvier in the future and recommend them highly."
