"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Whatever you do, do not use them! All of my stuff is damaged. Original quote was $5200.00, I have now had to pay $12,000 just to acquire my things that were withheld from me and had to move them into my house myself because they refused and told me I had to pay a redelivery fee of $1,500. Which was not on the contract, I can't warn you enough please do not use this company."
"I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. Worse company ever. It's been 81 days since they packed/loaded my belongings. I've yet to receive them. The cost also quadrupled. There are many faults which space (and my patience) don't allow to put into this review. I would never suggest this company to anyone planning to move. One more item- they didn't pack everything- they left items behind which I had to ask a friend to pack up and ship to me."
"This is the worst experience I ever had with moving. It has been 2 months and we still do not have 2/3 of our belongings. We have empty promises of delivery but failed on their part. Now we will take legal action. We have paid good money to have our items delivered in a timely manner and they have not delivered. Do not hire this company!"
"Do NOT do business with this company, they rented my truck upon renting it agreed to pay for any labor and damage that came along while my truck was in their possession. They ran my truck into the ground and left the truck at the shop, only paid me half of the weekly rental agreement and DID NOT pay a penny towards fixing my truck simply left it at the shop. Do not do business with them ! I’m a firm believer God will handle them but what he can’t do my lawyers and insurance will ! Don’t give these people your money . You can not support every black business!"
"Absolute nightmare. Our daughter's friend moved in with us from Texas. She has lost thousands of dollars of music equipment and virtually all of her belongings. No responses from company owners. It has been 2 months. She cannot afford a lawyer so she is powerless in this whole debacle. Just unforgivable"
