Brothers EZ Moving of Riverview

"I used this company to move in May. The movers told me that the balance of my bill would be billed to my card on file. I was sent one invoice that went to spam. Now I’m getting sent to collections due to an unpaid bill. I’ve never received any contact from the company directly via email or phone about an unpaid balance. I’ve called 4 times since 12/22, left messages , and emailed Shae all without response. They are trying to bill me the full cost of move despite that I paid a $93 deposit in May. Zero communication from this company. Do not use!!"

"There is no option for ZERO stars. Brother’s EZ Moving company moved a desk from our second floor office, while going down the stairs the movers dropped the desk into the wall and put an eight inch hole in the wall. They also knocked a corner off the wall and scratched our hardwood floors. Also as a result of this incident an entire two story wall had to be repainted, we still haven’t fixed the floor. The movers were very professional, pleasant and apologetic. However, when I called their claims department and they gave me a phone number of an insurance company that no longer existed. The representative at EZ was very rude and said they were not going to pay for the damage incurred by the company and they haven’t. Very bad experience. Carol, CEO"

"In a nutshell, this company does not have much respect for their customers. I am a small business owner, so I know what it is like to get called out when mistakes are made and then make things right. This company does not appear to know this. They said that they would arrive between 7:30am and 8:30am. It was 8:30am (see below) and they didn't arrive yet. When the movers did arrive, they blamed it on management that they were late and said they they should have scheduled the movers earlier. I get that it is not the driver's fault. I sent a private email to the company complaining that since they did not arrive on time, it caused inconvenience for me. They didn't respond, and planned to move on. Then they did call a few days later to check in after the move, which was nice, but I don't think they really wanted to know what I thought, but rather pressure me into leaving a review (as they have in the past). They weren't aware about my frustration about them showing up late even though they acknowledged that they did receive my email. Weird. When I told them they didn't arrive on time, they said that they don't really plan to stay with in that range, they just kind of guess. As their agreement says " Any oral promises made regarding delivery or pick up dates and times are mere estimates." This holds for written estimates too, apparently. As their I tried to tell them that this was not good customer service and then they hung up me. I wasn't going to leave a public review, but the way I was treated privately, I decided to. Use at your own risk."
