"I was returning a single package here Thursday and was helped by Kira, she fulfilled her job duties but was extremely condescending and when I mentioned needing a second label for a hazardous waste warning, she stated "so I actually don't need that one." In a very snotty tone. maybe get a different job if you're that miserable."

My toddlers were extremely busy today at the store and they went over the call of duty to calm them so that I could take care of my shipping business. They didn’t have to do it but they did! They provided me with knowledge of a product that I didn’t even know was available for shipping. These guys definitely love their jobs! "I have gone to this location a few times but last time it was odd. An overtly rude guy waiting for all customers. He was there making a point to everyone and I mean he followed the same monotone , as if he was waiting to reprimand customers. He did that with a lady before me and then as soon as I handed over the package and said my taping might be weak on the package, he jumped on the opportunity. Like a teacher to a student, he went on a rant that you need to get this all sorted before handing over the package. Really? I could have purchased a tape from his store, I didn’t even ask him to put tape( it was already there). Whatever the case , he could have a better tone. I mean that dude was really miffed and I pity him. I didn’t say anything back , I just smiled back at him and said whatever you want to do with my package please and turned around. Arrogant people just don’t know where to draw a line- so much ups pay hikes !"
