"Have had issues with this post office on several occasions! They change drivers and packages hasn't been delivered and their excuse is it's a new driver! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! It's not my issue and shouldn't be my issue to receive my package! Management is terrible!"

"I am waiting for a package and because of the ineptness if the post office here in Bushnell. FL I have given up all hope of ever seeing it. The tracking said it was delivered. Where? I have no idea. They refuse to take any responsibility. So, I have to reorder and pay for something I never received."

"I have a Bushnell address but when I need to mail something I will go out of my way to avoid this post office. One lady in there, she has thin long hair, is rude. No customer service at all. Always a sour lemon face. Before I stopped going there I noticed other customers reacting to her and not in a positive way. She acts like it’s a chore to answer a simple question. Work on your customer service skills lady!!!!"

"I ordered a package and the website says that it was been signed for and delivered yesterday. Issue being that no one signed for anything and the number this site gives to call the local post office leads to a teleprompter that is of no help in this situation. Update, got my money back, but package was delivered to wrong address and never recovered"

"I utilize the Bushnell branch on average 2-3 x per week and have done so for 8 months. This is the best post office I have ever experienced. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. All of the staff seem to have a great attitude, seem to genuinely enjoy each other and are always helpful. Ms. Cynthia does an amazing and thorough job with the cleanliness and appearance of this branch. I have zero complaints and am grateful it’s so close to my home."
