"I ordered a chicken wrap, when I got it, I unwrapped it and I was not impressed. The top of the wrap was hot, the bottom was cold. The top had miniscule lettuce at the top and ALL THE CHEESE at the bottom with very little chicken. I hardly ever give a detrimental review, but this is deserved. The service girls were totally acceptable, very pleasant and very helpful. I would not go out of my way to visit this place again."

"Normally excellent but today was not. Bread was either really old or maybe frozen and defrosted. I don't know but buns crumbled in our hands, made sandwich almost impossible to eat. Burger was great. Ghost pepper chicken was very dry, won't try that again. Fries were cold."

"So the management is struggling with competent workers and a few good people can run a fast food restaurant. It's hit and miss anywhere you go nowdays.. If you workers can't meet the grade after a few weeks cut them lose and move on, Your customers shouldn't continue to pay the price for this."

"I believe this, Wendy’s was in the city of Busch now and the food actually was excellent. I did an online order and picked it up. They were prompt and I had no issues did not seem very crowded inside mostly older people however, I did eat in my vehicle in the parking lot which was not a problem. There was plenty of parking."

"This is our neighborhood Wendy's. (We go here way more than we should.) In the past it was fast, rarely did you have to wait for anything. However now they take your order and park you for upwards of 10 minutes before you receive your items. This isn't every now and then. It's every time along with others behind you. I don't know what the change has been, but from a long time customers view its not a benefit. Don't go if you're in a hurry. The quality of the food hasn't changed. It's not better or worse than any other Wendy's. It's the service time that's the issue."
