"Movers didn't even complete the job fully at the first location and were extremely lazy during the entire move. I had to literally help during the 2nd move along with my boyfriend to get them on their way. I still have a closet FULL of boxes to move on my own now even after paying for an extra 2 hrs (4 hrs total) because I can tell they were moving slower and were riding the time on purpose. They expected me to pay more for running over their time when they went waaaayy over the time they were supposed to show up which was at 9 am early in the morning as I discussed a whole week before and again 2 days before the move. The movers didn't even want to move the very little furniture I had and they constantly ignored what I wanted them to move and just kept moving the easy smaller boxes hoping their time runs out rather than what I kept asking them to do which is lift the heavier stuff of course. If I could lift stuff on my own, I wouldn't have hired this service in the first place and could have just done it on my own which I have done in the past and ig I will continue to do after this pathetic service. One of them were smoking outside and even brought a child along to help with the move which seemed a little inappropriate for this kind of move. I communicated to them prior to this move that there was a flight of stairs and they seemed very unprepared when they showed up even though I told them it was quite a bit of stuff. I communicated a week before that I wanted the job done EARLY in the morning and they ended up showing up towards the afternoon, when it's blistering hot and clearly tired from helping move other people earlier even though I scheduled for the service at 9 am. I felt unvalued and had to call multiple times to remind them of the move and the details multiple times and they still seemed to forget, even after texting them and thought they just ghosted me completely on the day of the move. This company is VERY unprofessional and I promise I will never deal with y'all again in the future nor recommend my friends to use this service. I even paid for an extra 2 hrs to get the job done and they couldn't even lift a mattress nor clearly wanted to so I just told them I'll move it myself. I felt like I was badgering them to simply do their job. Pulling teeth actually. Never again."
