"At 2 pm, on weekdays, parents use the Niceville Post Office Parking lot as a place to park to wait for their children. You can tell because they a parent is waiting in the running vehicle. The lot was busy anyway, because it's December and the post office is busy, but all the parent vehicles driving in looking for a spot + customers looking for a spot and parents leaving makes it a huge hazard, plus it's a misuse of government parking. (I did see a kid getting into a parents car in that parking lot before I left after completing my post office business.) Plus the right away outside of post office exit is crowded with cars. I request the post office put up "USPS Parking Only" signs in their public parking lot."

"The mail carrier ripped the exterior iron gate off the hinges and placed it on the group 2 days ago instead of leaving the package in front or behind the gate. We also have not recieved packages when they were listed as delivered. This branch is horrendous and deserve a thorough audit. I would give 0 stars if I could. Destruction of private property leaves me speechless. What in the Hell is wrong with you people?"

"I ordered a package and it never showed up. I saw the mail man speed past my house and wouldn't stop, then it said it was delivered which it was not. I contacted them on the phone and they said they couldn't do anything to help."

"As with all government agencies the vocal minority with negative experiences are the only people who seem to write reviews. In multiple years of living here, having a PO box and street address, shipping odds and ends to and from foreign countries, and just asking for advice on the most economic way to ship items, this post office has never once led me astray or given me a reason to doubt their work ethic. Thank you all for putting up with the cretins that make their impatience and inability to plan ahead your fault."
