"I've had 2 packages "lost" just this week. The mail carrier said she put both packages in my box but fortunately for me, we have a camera on our box that clearly shows no package! The only explanation I've gotten since explaining this and offering to provide proof is that my packages are lost and someone will be contacting me. Still no word and no package! Disgusted is an understatement! Very unprofessional service"
"I recently had a terrible experience here and you can form your own opinion. I went to mail a package and was told I needed more tape on the box. I asked the clerk for some and she stated I would have to buy a roll. I purchased a roll for $3.49, taped the box as instructed. Another woman after me came in with her package without any tape at all. The clerk graciously gave her free tape with no problem. My niece asked her why she did that, she gave no reply and walked to the back of the post office. I'm black and the woman who came in after me was white and so was the clerk."
