Fort Morgan Gear Rentals

"Cannot recommend. Flawless drop off, was on-time, no issues there. Rented two bikes for a full week early in September. Chain was too loose to ride and kept coming off one of the bikes. Was told it would be fixed, but never was. Two months later, I am told the bikes are still sitting at the vacation rental house, they were never picked up. UG!!! Fortunately, I have not been getting charged rental for these past two months. I called Witt to have him pick up the two bikes. We'll see how long it takes to get the bikes picked up..."

"I reserved a golf cart in February for a June vacation. We needed the golf cart to get my mom to the beach since the walk as a little far. I confirmed with Whit the day before we were arriving to let me know the time of delivery and give him the address. They were extremely hard to get a hold of but they had my deposit so I was persistent in having them answer the phone. Saturday arrived and the golf cart did not show up. I called numerous times that night for him finally to answer to be told that they ran out of golf carts and they would refund me my money. I had to scramble to get a new golf cart even though I am sure that I was probably the first to book in February. I was disappointed with the service and still do not have my refund back. He has promised numerous times to send a check for my deposit of which I still have not received. Please take your business elsewhere. They will take your deposit and not deliver the goods promised."

"I wanted to use this place to rent bikes and reserved 4 to be delivered on Sunday 8-4 -19 . The person I spoke to on the phone promised they’d be delivered around noon. Well they weren’t and several calls requesting why went straight to voicemail. I called again Monday no answer again with calls going straight to voicemail . Even after leaving my number each time , no one got back to me . If I could give this place no stars I would . I called another place but they were out of bikes . I would not recommend this place as not only did they not deliver , but didn’t even answer their phones ."

"Unfortunately I had to give one star to write this review. But no stars awarded here. I spoke to Whitt about three weeks before our vacation about renting a golf cart. I also called the day before to confirm. Our cart never showed up when scheduled. I finally got ahold of him that same afternoon, he promised it would be there by night fall....once again never showed up. He actually had the nerve to call the next day to say he was on his way, just after I had rented with someone else. He didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know that a cart was not available. I can’t tell you how upsetting and frustrating this was!! The cart was supposed to be a surprise for my children, and unfortunately we had to change our plans on the first day of vacation because of this nonsense!! This was so unprofessional and bad for business!! I say all this to spare the next family from disappointment! I would not recommend Fort Morgan gear and rentals!!!!!!!"

"Great service and prices! Dealt with Whit, very professional and personable. He delivered bikes to my wife and I, then picked them up when rental period was over. Rates were better than anyone else around. They rent other recreational equipment, definitely recommend!"
