"I had come in looking for a wall plug in. They had one, which unfortunately did not work when I got to my condo (only five minutes away). I went back and despite not taking refunds, they were able to exchange it for one that did work. Very nice and is a place I had visited in the past. I always recommend stopping here at least once per trip."

"Well they have nice things.. That's where the good ends. The cashiers are rude, they talk about you outloud where you hear. We came to get souvenirs since it was our first time to Gulf Shores... When you have squeaky toys, um hello.. They are meant to be squeaked. The gentleman behind the desk proceeded to raise his voice to a child and then to pull a toy out from under her. Then the lady behind the cash register screams outloud "will you stop the squeaking!!" NOT the way you speak to customers and if they talk to others the way I heard them tonight they will not keep customers"
