"Terrible customer service. Asked for something specific and they didnt know what i was talking about. Showed them an example... they said that must be all they had. Didnt move, look, or ask anyone. Very disappointing. They should care about helping the customer. It was obvious they didnt want to help and i was bothering them."
"Rude employees telling me they close in 15 minutes as soon as I walk in the door as if I couldn’t read that the store closes at 8 pm. That is NOT how to greet a customer. You’re basically telling me to get out because you want to go home. ON TOP of that, they had no helium."
"Beware of the balloon policy. Think before paying extra for extended float life for latex balloons. They don't make it nearly as long as the BOLD advertised time and depending on the store and manager, Party City will not replace your likely droopy balloons."
"The staff is very nice but I bought balloons today and 4 hours later their deflated . Spent 40 bucks !! Dollar store balloons stay up months !!! Wasted money ."
"Convenient location and a huge selection of party items. Thier online ordering could use a bit of tweaking as my order was not correct. Mary at the checkout was friendly and accommodating. She fixed the mistake on the online order and she gave me a coupon to save even more. This Party City is great but they need help at the front counter. The line was too long for 1pm in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. I recommend. 4 Stars!"
