"There were several extremely impolite employees. For whatever personal reason, the course manager never scheduled our Tee-time. This is despite our email interaction beginning more than a month in advance and my reminder two days prior to when I didn't hear back from him. This was the first and only time we had come here and they had deliberately placed us in the less popular course. A member of our group exited the restroom and approached them, chuckling at our ignorance. While there were some amiable staff members, the most of them come across as conceited. Around the 12th hole, we placed an order for food, and the staff not only overcharged me but also kept the food until I called to remind them that I had actually asked for it."

"I absolutely dread visiting family at Ibis. Security is extraordinarily rude and suspicious despite being on my relatives’ entry list. Staff at Amici lied to my family about having vegan options and grew incredibly hostile when I politely declined to order any food. I cannot fathom how anyone lives like this, place is a prison."
