"One of your mentally ill drivers is in the toll lanes on i4 which says no trucks no trailers and he tried to swipe me off the road because he really needed to go right and didn’t care that I honked he saw me. I only leave this review because no one picked up on the 407 number to hear my complaint. Can’t get decent pics in the rain and this happened about 6.45pm today. Get rid of him for your own good he should never drive a truck."

"They had our items for 2 weeks and the only reason I found out is because I reached out to the company I got the items from, for them to tell me AAA is waiting for me to call them to make a drop off appointment, so they both dropped the ball. Once I make an appointment, they don't show nor do they call. We had to make sure we had staff at hand for the delivery that never showed and wasted their time. I had to call once again to be told no driver, so the next day. Next day comes, I call wondering when they'll come now, and they're not again. Got scanned but not placed in the truck. So maybe tomorrow, but if I don't call I won't know. Worst customer service ever."

"Worse shipping company ever with the worse customer service. DR Power used them to ship a mower from Atlanta GA to New Symrna Beach, FL. Shipment departed Atl on 8/31 was rcvd in Orlando, FL 9/1 and placed on their truck on 9/8-9/13 & 9/14. Unlike other shippers apparently at 5:00 PM their drivers stop deliveries (mine was pushed to the back of the trailer) and return to dispatch. AAA Cooper does NOT reach out to you but rather you have to reach them. I tried to contact them today at 6:30 but they were closed so at the very least I'll miss another day. This company sucks, if you are a company that ships to customers do not use this company because in my experience your customer will be screwed over without so much as a kiss."

"Actual stars: 0 This company is trash. Missed delivery after missed delivery for weeks. Avoid them if you have any say in it (we didn't). Completely incompetent."

"- Worst company l ever work with!! - Since the actitud of the drivers to the top of the managment. - They constantly got the lost pallets, no show for delivery dates, don’t have electric/manual jack pallets in the trucks or broken, delivery items not on pallets, items is around the back of the truck. - 3-4 times they try to pick up the blue pallet (on the picture) and they are not able. - Office “manager” (Deanna Jones) “nothing l can do” …that’s they answer."
