"I had an absolutely awful experience with Roadrunner Transportation Services. I paid almost $1,000 for the transport service for my like-new leather sofa from Massachusetts to Florida and I received a broken and scratches all over. I had paid insurance and when I contacted them complaining, they asked me to open a claim with a $500 deductible and with a bunch of paperwork as well as photo requests making it extremely difficult to appeal and deal with this situation. They handled my delivery with such carelessness that it's astonishing. The level of disregard they showed for my belongings, especially my prized leather sofa, was utterly disappointing. Not only did they manage to damage my sofa during transit, but the overall handling of the delivery was sloppy and negligent. It's as if they had no regard for the fragility of the items they were entrusted to transport. The lack of professionalism and care exhibited by Roadrunner Transportation Services is appalling. Dealing with them was a nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone unless they want their belongings mishandled and damaged. 0 Stars if there was an option. Their incompetence and disregard for customer belongings are inexcusable. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and responsibility from a supposedly reputable transportation service. Steer clear unless you're willing to risk your valuables being treated with absolute disrespect and carelessness. If you are a customer reading this review make sure not to use this company and carefully read the paperwork you're signing before you use a shipping service."

"I wish there were no stars.We bought a refrigerator from a major box store and not just one time, but 3 deliveries and all were damaged! Truck driver didn’t even get it off the truck. Horrible-horrible-horrible!!!"

"Horrible! The delivery guy was rude without good manners. They dropped a really expensive machine on the front door and conflicts you as a customer and leave. Never use this company. They don't deserve any business."

"Talk about a safety issue the paperwork asked for delivery inside and your driver refused. We asked about moving the boxes out of the way from the front door as you blocked a daycares fire exit and he refused. I called spoked to one person and see that nothing happened. Y’all’s customer service is horrible you jeopardize the lives of many children and staff members by barricading them in a building at a daycare what a shame."
