"If I could do Zero Stars I would ... Anthony is a miserable human being. Absolutely screwed up scheduling on their end, things happen, but instead of fixing it for us (the customer) A multi-million dollar fitness company by the way..he refused. I then asked for his supervisor numerous times and he again refused and then hung up on me!!! I myself have been in the Military for over 23 years and now run a Fitness Facility and use transport services numerous times throughout in both careers and this was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE w an Employee from any Company I’ve come across! I would have immediately terminated ANY employee of mine that treated any customer the way he treated us yesterday!! I will be reaching out to his Supervisor “Manny” who I later found his name through research of my own....and if Manny takes care of us the way this should have been handled from the beginning then I will adjust my review. I will say the drivers were Very Respectful and understanding of my frustrations."

"OS recently moved some larger equipment to my home office, and they were amazing!! The driver team was so friendly, they brought everything inside and unpacked it for me. Even took all the trash away!! I would definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!!"
