"If I could the rating would have been zero stars!! After arranging and booking this company 30 days in advance of our move, they called the morning of the move and informed us that they had to move the start time from between 8 and 9am to between 1 and 3pm. Then at 2:45pm they called and said they would not be coming at all. We were able to call 2 Men and a Truck and book them for the next morning. I immediately fired Windermere Moving!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. I suggest you avoid them like the plague!"
"We needed some furniture moved down to sfl that we bought. They coordinated the pickup, wrapped tje furniture , made a list , and delivered it that same day. This is a very professional moving service."
"Worst company I've ever seen in my life!!!!!!!!!! They booked between 9 AM and 11:00AM and nobody showed up! I called 11:30AM and they reschedule for 2:00PM for SURE!!! About 3:30PM I decided to go to the company address and guess what???????? Is a UPS store!!!!This address that they show at website is fake! Is PO BOX! I lost all my work day waiting and they did not call me once!!!! They are not professionals, they do not respect people. I called several times, and the lady on the phone confirmed this address at Summerport!!!! When I tell her this is a UPS store, she said " I don't know, I'll tell the owner!!!!!" Stay away from this lying company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
