"You guys are amazing! We were supposed to arrive in Orlando at 3:49 pm but instead flew into Tampa at midnight. You had no problem switching our pickup location to Tampa even though it was an hour and a half away. It was basically the only thing that had gone right for us. Luis was ready to pick us up when we arrived. He was very kind and professional. It was much appreciated after the travel day we had. When returning to the airport at the end of our trip our driver Freddy arrived on time to pick us up. We arrived at the airport safely and on time. I highly recommend Orlando Luxury Transportation!"

"Overall we were disappointed with the service. We paid for the advertised LUXURY VAN to take a group of 17 people to our rehearsal dinner and back to a hotel. On the day of the reservation, I received a call to see if the pickup time was flexible. It was absolutely not flexible. Two hours later, I received another call which stated that we received a "free upgrade". I asked if the upgrade would fit 17 people and they replied yes. When the ride arrived, it was a high school prom limo. We had to cram 17 people, including Grandma (we got a luxury van so our older guests could easily travel with us) into the limo with limited space, and we were very uncomfortable. Super unprofessional as we paid over $1000 specifically for the pictured luxury van to pick us up and return us. This was a bait and switch! Never. Again."

"I recently spent a long weekend in Orlando and had special transportation needs due to needing a carseat. I needed transportation both from and to the airport. Both drivers, Wilson and Freddy, were excellent! They showed up exactly where we discussed and were there early! In fact, upon arrival, we were told the wrong baggage claim and I called Wilson who had up to date information and was already waiting there to help with luggage! I did not feel rushed but appreciated that I didn't need to worry about waiting on them with my young son, especially for our early pick up the day of departure. The SUV was impeccably clean and spacious. We were very comfortable. Both drivers were friendly and got us to our destination safely and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using this service in the future!"
