"This place is joke. Their pay for drivers is terrible. Their equipment is always broken. Georgia terminal manager is one of the biggest liars I have met in my 20 years of trucking.They can not keep drivers. The last company driver they had they just lost. Because no one wants to work here. It unsafe and a dangerous place to work. I was even asked to lie to customers when I was there. Good luck hope this helps other drivers."

"I’ve driven for Schwend a little over a year now, this is the best trucking company you could ever work for. They have done so much for me over the year I’ve been here that no other company would’ve done. Everyone is like family/close friends, they treat you like a person, the equipment is well maintained, newer model trucks, and they keep you moving. I’m based out of the Jasper TN yard, and Chad the regional manager is the best boss you could ever ask for. Dispatch is awesome and the loads we get are fun to run. The customers are awesome to meet and interact with. We have a bunch of fellow drivers and we are all family and close with each other. The guys in the repair/ maintenance shop are absolutely top notch. Dispatch team is helpful, friendly and supportive. Safety team are always on point.
