TOTAL IMPACT GUNS AND INDOOR RANGE

"I have shopped at dozens of gun shops over the past few years and I'm very happy to say Total Impact is now in my top 3 gun shops that I'll continue to visit! So many of the others are either under stocked, under educated, or just completely rude jerks. Most of which are all of the above! Total Impact was clean, organized, very well stocked and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They were truly a pleasure to deal with! I couldn't be happier! When I asked where a certain item was, I didn't get the typical "It should be over there." While pointing a finger. They stopped what they were doing and took me right to it. They were so courteous and professional! Once they learned my name from the paperwork, it was constantly Mr. this, Mr. that. I can't say enough good things about this shop other than they will continue to get my business!"

"I can't figure out how to get consistent good customer service here. Been here about 4-5 times, only 1.5 of them being good and the others bad. 1st time the person that helped me was rude and unprofessional but then I continued looking and a guy named Paul gave me great service. I went home, did some research online, came back another day and bought the Sig Legion that Paul showed me. Paul was not there that day, unfortunately. Shawn sold it to me after matching the price from PSA, since originally, I was inquiring on how to send it from PSA to them to get it. That day it was well staffed, and I think the owner was there also. Another day, I went shooting with my wife and it was 50/50 a good service day. Today I walked in, and nobody acknowledged me, but I did notice only 2 employees at the front, and they were busy, so I understand. I was going to buy a Sig Romeo for my Sig Legion and a new gun .22lr for my wife to practice, was also looking to get another Sig Legion. I saw the guy who sold me the Legion on the back but heard him talking on the phone, so I continued waiting at the front instead. After around 10-15min one of the employees was done but he walked past next to me without a word and disappeared. I went to the guy on the back to ask a question but didn't know he was still on the phone since he had air pods, then I notice that he signaled the air pods and I said “ Ups I am sorry I didn't know you were still on a call” but then he shushhh me by signaling his finger in front of his mouth for me to shut up. After that, I just left, and it was like I was never there. Not a “hi” not a “bye”. It is a clean nice-looking place, but I have never treated like that, especially in a place where I spent so much and brought my family (wife and kids). To me, that was very disrespectful. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here. I bought many guns at many places (Florida and others) for years and was looking for a new place to become my “go to” for guns since I had just discovered this place."

"Excellent inventory. If they don't have it they can get it. They will compete firearms prices with anyone and will go.out of their way to earn your business. They do transfers but ask them first. Tell them what you plan on buying and at what price. They want you to spend local. Gunsmith on site. Nicest range in the area. They will entertain trades on a case by case basis. Long range shooter? Ask for Mark. Need a suppressor, ask for Shawn. Lots of knowledge at this location."

"I’ve been in a few times. The only bad thing to say is I can’t buy everything I want there lol. The staff is always very friendly. Makes sure I’m good with whatever I need whether it’s the range or purchasing something the team there is top notch! I previously had gone to high noon… boy that let me down… It was nice to experience a good gun store/range!"
