"Driver 352 nearly ran me off the road!!!! Swerving over into my lane and as I'm trying to get away from him because he swerved in front of me with no signal and even though i am beeping him to make him aware he kept coming, I was being trapped between him and another car and he jumps over swerving in front of me again cutting me off!!!! This is dangerous as hell.. if this is how your drivers operate I will never ever recommend this company! Why is he driving like a mad man at 8 in the damn morning!"

"Horrible driver. Driver in 390 at 10:10 am was driving reckless. I watched this car swerve into someone else lane almost hitting a Tesla. Then i witnessed them cut a suv and literally 2 sec Peter he cut off a bus driver. I mean if you don’t care about your life cool but cutting a bus is stupid, swerving in out of lanes is reckless to only go to park you car behind a bunch of cabs. That’s what the rush was for ? Super ridiculous. I’m going to start recording these driver and reporting them to the city. They should not be driving taxis let alone ppl around doing reckless stuff."

"It’s just a giant scam, I should have just did Uber. My cab driver broke down the fair for me and said it was 2.50 per mile but too bad he charged me per minute and not per mile. I did the math after he was gone. Oh well I’ll just consider it a life lesson."

"Rude and dangerous. Our family of 8 needed a ride to our hotel from MCO late at night on April 1, 2023. First, the man at the airport taxi counter literally shushed my wife (seriously, he could not have been more rude to her) and refused to talk to her when she was telling him we had 8 in our party and were willing to take 2 cars. He only would talk to me and told me he was going to “save us some money.” That was our first clue that we should have walked away and hailed a couple of Ubers. After I gave him the hotel address, he pointed us to a van…that only seated 8 including the driver. The driver started driving while my wife was still standing hunched over in the van trying to buckle in our 5 year old, and then she had to sit in the floor board on a seat rail with no seat belt for a 20 minute ride to the hotel. Needless to say she was very uncomfortable and unsafe. We were so tired, shocked at what had just happened, and then that quickly turned to anger. Both at ourselves for getting in the cab in the first place and at the lot of them putting us in the situation. We Uber’ed the remainder of our vacation because of these guys. Diamond Cab, we have the license plate number and would welcome an opportunity to report your unsafe driver willingly taking more passengers than seat belts."

"Guy at the airport said the cab driver would charge us 20 dollars to take us to our hotel 3 miles away. Cab driver charged us 30.00 and never turned his meter on and also demanded payment in cash."
