"I was appalled with the treatment given to an elderly by the security guard who open the gate today to park your car. The elderly just wanted to ask a question if he was in the right place and the security guard hired by Immigration has said so many nasty things including using profanity to the Ultimate level and screaming at the poor man The elderly got so nervous that he stumbled and almost fell of how nervous, he got I guess bullies, come in all size shapes, and Uniforms I believe the purpose of the security guard is to maintain order not to create chaos or mistreat any human being. It’s very sad that we live in the United States and people treat each other in this matter. If you notice, I was very specific on the date and the time that I was there, so maybe they can retrain the security guard on customer relations."
