BUDDY'S SMOKING GUN

"These people have me nervous everyday thinking this might be a scam. I’ve been trying to get my gun for 3 weeks now. I ordered it online to pick up here and every time I pass by they’re closed. It’s impossible to get them on the phone, the one time I did the guy said to come now and when I got there less than 10 mins later it was closed. Don’t rely on these people if you need a weapon asap to protect yourself and your family. Total lack of communication. I’m about to get law enforcement involved because my very expensive property is in there waiting for me. Next time I’ll order from Nexus Shooting down the street. It’s like a kid walking through a toy store. Their customers service is exceptional."

"It's a small store in a hard to park area. I did seem them getting a store built or remodeling in another location on Stirling rd I believe. This shop when it gets busy can't handle the amount of people or parking, but they did help me oce my turn came up and it was positive. I've done a few transfers here and I think they have the best price on transfers. Hopefully with a bigger store they are able to help a little faster or you have the ability to browse more with a bigger store as well."

"Great place!!! Nice people. Professional staff but when you close for remodeling you should post it in some way. Drove up from KW to pick up guns I put on layaway. Checked the web to get the hours 11 to 8. No notifications that they were closed for remodeling. Drove up and was met at the door by someone telling me to come back after February 5th. Not good business!!! Other than that. Great place, could use some help on the customer service side other than that!!!!"
