"Incredible customer service. I have never written a review before but this is a great company. I found them online and placed my first order recently. They had everything I needed which was great. I called a few days later because of an upcoming trip deadline and learned there was a problem with my payment. Jose answered the phone and was very proactive about communicating what was going on with the order from start to finish. After a PayPal delay, fixing a mistake in my order (my fault), and then ANOTHER delay (fault of the shipping company) they still made sure I got the order in time for my trip.
