"Excellent staff and excellent management whoever runs this store is doing a great job! And the employees are amazing as well. This is the best home depot I've been to in a while. There's always someone to help and their knowledgeable. We come here when working at my mother in laws. I wish the one in Miramar was as good!"
"Every time I come to the store I always look for Emanuel. He is Extremely smart and knows where everything is in the store. Out of all the employees i have talked with he is by far the best. He is always willing to go out of his way to help customers and knows so much. One time in the parking lot I was struggling to change my flat tire and he helped me get the tire off and put my spare on because the bolt was too hard for me to get off Even though he was not at work. I tried to pay him but he refused and told me he just enjoys helping people."
"It doesn't matter which store you go to, the service keeps getting worse. I went to get a simple door lock and waited over 35 minutes in front of the isle to be able to go in as they were putting merchandise up in the racks. Going to pay, and the cashiers are talking amongst themselves about going to lunch while customers wait to pay. Then after I'm finally done paying, they need to look for a marker to put how much money was left on the card I just paid with. I literally spent 1 hour to buy a 35 dollars door lock. How much do I charge my customer for this trip, or should I bill the Home Depot?"
"This is by far the worst Home Depot in terms of customer service in the Paint department. An employee can never be found here and when you do see an employee from a different department, they always pretend to be busy and come up with some excuse to not help you. No wonder people walk out without paying. If you need anything paint related, I'd recommend going to any other Home Depot outside of Hialeah. Too bad Google Review doesn't permit zero stars."
