"I purchased an Inspire Functional Trainer from Josh a year ago. I had a great experience working with Josh he was very knowledgeable on the equipment. The guys that delivered and built the equipment were also great. They worked well as a team. I just had an issue with the leg extension attachment. I called the store and Josh gave me the number for customer service. I called customer service and left a voicemail. Not even an hour later Derek a service technician called me to inquire about the issue. It was a quick fix and he was in my area. Derek stopped by fixed the issue and showed me how to fix it for future reference. He also looked over my equipment and pointed out things for me to be aware of and watch for. I want to thank Josh, the delivery guys, and Derek for assisting me. I've had a great experience overall with the purchase, delivery, and service for my equipment.
