"For me they are the best, the special staff and personalized attention, much respect, affable Excellent cleaning, even mouthwash in the bathroom, it always has a small meal that you can eat something if you want, it has private rooms and also rooms to share, it has two bars, one inside and one outside, and when I visited this site I feel like I'm at home . "Had a WONDERFUL TIME at DEFY last night. 8/5/23 To those who’ve never been to Defy, I would highly recommend visiting. The location is small but not uncomfortably so. It feels very cozy and intimate. The decor is very nice and bright in all the right places without being overly bright. A lot of care was taken in the renovation of the location (which is under new management) and it shows. Square footage wise I would say that it’s less that 1/2 of the size of the main area in Trapeze. The bar is a decent size and there’s space to sit on all sides. There is a second bar located in the back play area with ample seating. The dance floor is rather small but makes sense given the size of the establishment. It has a full wall mirror for watching your sexy partner (and other peoples sexy partners) dance. Along with a stripper pole. You will need to walk through the locker room to get to the play area. The locker room isn’t terribly large but has what looks to be enough space for people to get changed without having to trip over each other too much. I was actually impressed with the play room. It is equal in size to the main area which is nice. It doesn’t give the impression that people will be stacked on top of each other. It has 4-5 large play beds in the open area with 1-2 smaller couches. There’s a group shower with glass walls for viewing which is a very cool and novel idea. There are 3 private rooms with approximately queen sized areas to play on and a large room with 2 large play beds (a bit bigger than those in the private rooms). The proprietor/general manager Arnold was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING and took time out to give every guest a tour, would stop in from time to time to check in and make sure everything was okay and in general was a great host. The staff (bartenders, wait staff, door staff) were all pleasant as well. They have a very small buffet (more like several food platters laid out on a buffet table). It’s really just finger foods and is not comparable to the buffet at someplace like Trapeze but better than Miami Velvet which has NO food for snacking at all. This place is relatively new (if I recall, new management took over in January) so it hasn’t quite caught on with the LS crowd. However don’t sleep on this place, it is definitely on my list of places to return to and it is definitely worth the visit. They hold events and are willing to host private LS parties so if you’re looking for a place to have your next event give this place a try."

"Nice, clean and smelled good. Had a selection of finger foods available which was nice. Music was not loud as previously reviewed. Diverse music from edm, reggaeton, hip hop and r&b which was appreciated. Met the owner Arnold and he has really put efforts to ensure a great environment. The staff was very respectful, informative and personable. Will def be back and highly recommend."
