"I have always needed a place to unwind and hang out without feeling rushed and without feeling out of place. This place has become a home to me and the bartenders are like family. Virginia always smiles and says hi. She does whatever it takes to take care of Vega and the patrons. She works very hard I like being there when shes there. Thank you to all the ladies, Bridge, Shannon, Rachel and Kathy as well for making a safe place for us all to hang out."
"We stopped in there Sunday night February 4th 2024. Before we even got in the restaurant the blonde bartender began screaming at us for having a drink in our hand from the previous bar. Never gave us a chance to get in the door to even throw it away. She then treated us with disrespect when we tried to order a drink. Not sure how you could have someone like this representing your bar"
"Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite cigar-friendly watering hole - Vega Lounge in Pompano Beach, Florida! Let me tell you, this place is like a second home to me (don't tell my actual home that, though). I mean, where else can you find a bar that not only allows smoking but encourages it? The cigar selection is out of this world, and the staff is always willing to lend a light or cut when needed. The vibe at Vega Lounge is just so darn cool. It's like stepping back in time to a classy era where smoking and drinking were just part of the lifestyle. I half expect to see Don Draper sitting at the bar with a cigar in one hand and an Old Fashioned in the other. The bartenders are some of the friendliest folks I've ever met, and they always make me feel like the only customer. They know their stuff, too - ask for a recommendation, and they'll steer you in the right direction. All in all, Vega Lounge is just a really fun, laid-back spot to enjoy a good cigar and a drink with friends. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and swing by. Who knows, maybe we'll run into each other - I'll be the one with the big smile on my face and a cigar in my hand!"
"Stumbled upon this place after leaving the Amphitheatre. Old Fashioned’s are my poison of choice and our bartender made them to delicious perfection. While this place is cozy, there’s quite a bit of seating available at the bar, as well as the high tops indoors and outside. Adjacent to the bar, there’s another room with sofas, wide armchairs, multiple TVs and a dart board. Prices were reasonable. Staff was pleasant. Worth checking out if you’re in the area!"
