First he consulted my golf game, I was getting fitted for my driver, and shafts, I hit the TM steath 2 plus, and Ping G430. Eric did a wonderful job and explained what each driver is good at and the negatives, after we selected my driver we went ahead and hit a couple of shafts and he selected the a shafts that fits my game LINQ stiff, as a enthusiast golfer, I had the best experience please do not hesitate and reach out to Eric Bender as he was honest about price and delivery of my product. "I had a fitting with Eric Bender on September 2nd. We did a fitting session (which I liked) and I placed an order for the clubs. Before placing the order I asked several times how long will it take to have clubs delivered as I had very bad experience waiting for the clubs several months. His answer was "2-3 weeks if we have everything in stock, if not, tops 4 weeks". In 3 weeks I have received 6 clubs out of 10. When I called customer service I was told that they were planning to send missing clubs by the end of October and Eric confirmed that it is "usually faster". Today is October 24, I called customer service and they haven't received the clubs yet, which pushed my delivery date to November. When I asked for refund, they politely declined as their policy does not allow issuing refunds on custom order. That is my story and I am sure it will be the last story with Club Champion."
