"Couple years back I Paid $50 for a brake bleed on a high end scooter. The job was done so poorly I ended up doing the brake bleed again myself. Complete waste of time and money. Just recently I decided to check out the selection here as I was in the market for a nice bicycle. The 'salesman' took one look at me and decided I wasn't worth his time, assuming I could not afford these higher end bicycles. Screw this place. I spent my money elsewhere and am very glad I did."
"HUGE shout out to pro mechanic Leo and top notch manager Felix. Rarely go here, haven't stopped in since the switch from David's. Bailed my son out of a serious tight spot he got himself into-- and I don't mean, "Sure, for everything you have in your wallet, we'll over-sell you parts and services." Legitimate bike community help and true customer service. I wouldn't expect this kind of bail out regularly, but above all I just appreciate the respect and integrity shown."
"Highly recommend this bike shop! I ordered a bike online, and it was assembled perfectly, polished and waiting for me as soon as I arrived. The gentleman who was operating the business even took time to fully instruct me on gearing, shifting mechanics and ran me through some other features. What was best was him making sure the chain shifted fluently and wouldn’t slip, so going through every gear multiple times and making adjustments. Thorough job, overall great experience and very friendly staff, made it feel exciting to get my new bike! Thanks guys!"
